Green Smoothie Recipe: Spinach Coco-berry Smoothie

Ingredients: 1.5 C. coconut milk 1.5 C. water 1.5 C. blueberries (frozen or fresh) 1.5 C. raspberries (frozen or fresh) 1.5 C. baby spinach (washed) 4 raw egg yolks 2-3 Tbs. honey or sweetener to taste Directions: Combine ingredients into a blender.
