The weather is getting colder ladies, and you might not necessarily want to go out when you don’t have to. Seeing it snow on television, is enough to make us grab a cup of hot chocolate, our favorite magazine and cuddle up by the fire place. Though the weather outside may be getting a little frightful, you and your body still deserve a spa night! Cold weather can dry out the skin to seemingly the point of  no return. If  you want to prevent dry, flaky, irritated skin and keep your skin silky smooth all year long, a DIY milk and honey bath is perfect for you! Long ago Cleopatra as well as many Egyptians used milk and honey in their baths to ensure that their skin was soft and supple. If you are feeling adventurous why not try this sexy and skin soothing spa bath?  Only three ingredients are needed. Milk, honey, and chamomile oil.

Ingredients:

1.  1 cup of milk

2. 1/2 cup of honey

3. 10 to 12 drops of Chamomile oil

Directions:

As you are running your bath water pour in milk and honey.

Mix the milk and honey concoction.

Add the chamomile essential oil.

Milk has exfoliating properties so be sure to thoroughly rub it on your skin. Honey is a natural humectant, which draw moisture to your skin so rub this over your body ensuring that you pay extra attention to drier areas. The chamomile oil helps add moisture to dry skin and is also very relaxing. You will emerge from your spa bath feeling like an Egyptian Queen. Or at least a well moisturized woman. Follow up with your favorite TGIN shea butter, for extra moisture.

Will you be trying this spa bath this winter?
