At tgin we seek only the best ingredients for our customers because we know the benefits of having top of the line ingredients help to give you top of the line results. Having products that are good for your hair and body are our top priority as well as keeping you educated so you know exactly what we are using and why.

Here is a list of some of our most commonly used products and why we choose to use them.

1.Honey

Honey has anti bacterial properties and is also a natural humectants which means  it draws moisture where it is applied which makes it a addition to our hair products. As natural hair tends to be dry, honey draws moisture into the hair shaft for nourished, conditioned hair.

2. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is one of the only oils that is able to penetrate directly into the hair or skin shaft. Coconut oil is just an all around amazing product. When used in hair/skin products it combats dryness by adding moisture as well as works to reduce breakage.

3. Olive Oil

Another one of our favorite ingredients is olive oil. Olive oil is anti inflammatory and promotes scalp health while preventing and eliminating dandruff. When the scalp is healthy, hair is able to healthily grow without any prevention.

4. Shea Butter

Shea butter is packed full of vitamins and is perfect at adding moisture to both hair and skin. Shea butter is versatile and can be used to moisturize thicker and thinner hair textures. Shea butter is a natural sealant which is another reason why we love it! It seals in moisture and keeps hair well nourished.

5. Fruit Extracts

Many of the fruit extracts that we use help with hair growth, nourishment, less shedding and even scent. Fruit extracts come from a variety of fruit oils and aid in the overall health of the hair and scalp.

6. Cetyl Alcohol

Cetyl Alcohol allows for our products to safely have a longer shelf life without drying the hair or causing damage.
