Ghana braids are a great protective style and all around fabulous do for naturals, ladies who are transitioning, recently did the big chop, or just want a change in hair style! Most stylist turn to Rasta Fri hair, and typically use 2 to 3 packs of hair. Rasta Fri hair can be found at most beauty supply stores and is typically under $5 a pack.

Ghana braids typically last up to two weeks. Make sure that you are sleeping with a satin scarf of pillow case to persevere the style for longer.
