Kerry Washington Rocks Her Natural Hair for Allure Magazine

It’s not everyday we see a black woman gracing the cover of a mainstream magazine. It’s even less likely we see her rocking her natural hair throughout her spread. Kerry Washington looked breathtaking as she rocked her natural tresses in an effortless loose cornrow style. We loved every second of it! Not only did Kerry unapologetically rock her natural hair, it wasn’t treat like a “thing”.

Kudos to Allure magazine for not feeling the need to make a big deal out of a black woman wearing the hair that naturally grows out of her head and kudos to Kerry for showing black girls and women that you don’t have to conform to societies standard of beauty to look absolutely beautiful.
