This week’s green smoothie is simple, easy and delicious.
Serves 2
IngredientsÂ
2 cups of fresh spinach
2 bananas
2 cups of fresh strawberries
*2 cups almond milk
I used almond milk in this recipe but you can also use water or regular milk.
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
Tip: Blend the spinach and milk first before adding in the fruit.
