I have to admit I was pessimistic about the Rose Water Curl Defining Gel since my hair tends to do better with curling creams and Moroccanoil’s firm hold styling gel only… but babyyy, this gel was a PLEASANT surprise. I’m talking, it rivals my go-to. I even mentioned it to my stylist who was open to giving it a try. I wear my hair in a textured style (shingling, raking) and this gel was perfect. I legit have NO complaints. I was already a TGIN customer and this line along with this product only ensures that I continue being a happy, returning customer. So glad I gave it a try on a whim!

I actually really like this gel! So much definition and shine. It gets a little hard to pump out (if you’re impatient and need to use a lot I would suggest some calming breaths) but it’s totally worth it. I’ve paired it with the green tea leave in every time and got a really nice look. Highly suggest trying it.

I have thick 4C hair and this gel is great. It has a nice hold. The hold is not too crunchy or soft, it’s just right to hold up in the summer humidity with my wash n go

I’ve used a lot of products for braid outs but this is the best one by far!! I was able to keep my braid out looking great for a week without needing to use a refreshing spray! This is definitely an awesome gel and I will be buying it again!

This product works really well for my hair. It’s light weight and gives my hair some definition after using. I don’t really find myself using too much when styling my hair. Also smells really great!!

I love how I can apply the gel, and not worry about it feeling too heavy or sticky all day long. It’s one of the first I’ve used that have given me great results.

This gel has the perfect balance of hold without being too heavy. Across my head I have multiple curl patterns from 3b to 4a, so it’s often hard to find a single product that works well. I like this gel because I get great hold, well controlled frizz and it dries quickly. I recommend it and plan to buy it again.
