I had no idea that my hair needed protein. I thought it didn’t because hair is made of proteins. I used this maybe 3 times a month couple with the same name shampoo, and it helped moisturize my hair to the max. I used the curl food after S & C my hair, and sometimes I use the deep conditioner, but this line does wonders for my hair. I realized though, I was overusing this product because it is a slight protein treatment. I went from in the beginning to 3 times a month to now maybe once every 8 weeks.
